Luis Betancourt serves as Superintendent for Covenant Construction & Interiors, Inc. Luis has helped CC&I break into the medical field, exploring new areas outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Luis began his construction career as an owner of a custom millwork shop and after that followed a superintendents career. His fluency in Spanish helps the flow and accuracy of our projects. Luis has lived in Dallas since arriving from Havana, Cuba in 1960. He graduated from Jesuit High School and spent two years at UNT and one year at El Centro. He has 3 daughters and 2 sons who have blessed him with 9 beautiful grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
